| Bad English on MyLot, your thoughts on how to stop it?? | | I am very new to MyLot, and in the short few days I have been here, I have noticed a few particular people post up hundreds of new discussions everyday, this doesn't bother me at all, if the questions are good and a good discussion question AND if they are put in a way which is easy to understand, but the things I have read are written is such bad english that I find it hard to even know what these people are asking, now I know it would be unfair to stop anybody from non English speaking countries to use this site, but how DO we stop these people from posting in such bad english, with such pointless questions??? They are basically using the site to make money and for nothing else whereas I am here to talk to people, ask serious questions and of course the money is a great addition to that, but it is not my prime reason for using MyLot!So what are your thoughts on the people who use this site just to make money and are constantly posting rubbish and in bad English which is difficult to understand? | |
| | Bad English by English tutors? | | Today along with my newspaper I recieved a flier from a company that had classes to help you improve your English.As I read through their ad, I was shocked.Let me explain why.This is EXACTLY what was printed on the ad,"Two month is enough to make u an Englih Expert".Alright they messed up the two monthS ARE part, and they spelt you as u.But promising to improve your English when they didn't even spell English right?How bad can that be?Have you ever seen such contradictory ads before?Please share your experience if you have.:D Also feel free to comment on this. | |

| What is good English and Bad English? | | Dear Friends,I have seen people often using the phrase Good and Bad English. Does actually there exist two levels in English. If I use hardcore words will it be good English?
According to me language is language. There should n’t be any divisions. What my friends think about this classification?

Sorry its not very clear since i took the picture using my mobile.The brand of the "cooling fan" sounds Japanese but i bet my favorite blue boxers that its from China. See if anyone can understand what they are saying in the picture. i can manage to understand a few but not all.
